Snickerdoodle

Hi All,

This is the first post for this blog. I am planning on baking cookies from different resources online and blogging about them. My first cookie, the Snickerdoodle.

I got the recipe from popularcookierecipes

Snickerdoodle Cookie Recipe Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 4 Tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

The cookies came out pretty good considering my oven only has a 350 or 400 setting. I kinda under cooked the first batch. The last batch came out much better.
